Terms of Service

WeiChen Studio provides online digital painting courses, live teaching, artwork feedback, the coaching assistant, and membership subscriptions. We may add, adjust, or retire features and course content from time to time.

Some services require an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe, and for all activity under your account.

• Do not transfer, lend, or share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations or abnormal use.

Some courses and membership plans are paid content. Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you choose (monthly/yearly); you can cancel anytime in the member center and keep access until the end of the current period.

• The actual price, cycle, and contents are as shown on the purchase page.
• We may adjust plan pricing, with reasonable notice before changes take effect.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

After purchasing a course or activating a subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch the course content for personal learning during the valid period.

Without written consent, you may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly broadcast course content, nor use it for commercial teaching.

Course videos, materials, brushes, images, text, trademarks, and interface designs in this service belong to WeiChen Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws. The rights to personal works you complete in the courses remain yours.

When using this service, you agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful or inappropriate.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape content in bulk with automated programs or otherwise misuse the service.
• Impersonate others or spread false information.

Once a digital course has been activated for viewing, refunds are generally not accepted; cancelled subscriptions are not refunded for the current period already charged. For special cases such as system errors or duplicate charges, please write to us within 7 days and we will help case by case.

This service is provided “as is”. We do our best to maintain content quality and service stability, but we do not guarantee that learning will achieve any particular result, nor that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party services.

We may adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service for operational reasons, with prior notice where reasonable. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and access without notice.

These terms, and any dispute arising from this service, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

The Chinese version of these terms is authoritative; other language versions are provided for reference only, and in case of any discrepancy the Chinese version prevails.
