Student stories
One student's full journey — from starting at zero to walking a creative path.

“I told myself, if it doesn't work this time, I'll give up — and then this course showed me, for the first time, my own work changing.”
The start. Photoshop was the first digital painting software he tried, but he never got past line-art practice — drawing stayed a hobby.
The turn. Later he picked up Procreate, already thinking, “If it doesn't work this time, I'll give up.” Then he joined the in-person course, followed the teacher step by step, and truly finished a work for the first time.
The result. Watching his own work change little by little, he found his reason to keep painting again — and he has now continued into the fourth term of the in-person course.
As the third term was wrapping up, this student shared after class why he first started learning to draw. It moved WeiChen deeply — helping someone find the will to keep painting is the happiest part of teaching.
