Individually sold courses, in-person classes, specific cohorts and archived courses are not always included in a subscription — the course page is the authority.
IP Character members and other existing paid students keep their viewing access according to their original course entitlements and individual arrangements.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Creator and Pro?
It comes down to how your teacher looks at your work, and how often you can hand it in. Creator Coaching members get three teacher reviews a month with written notes; Portfolio Growth members get three a week, and twice a month the teacher works on the piece themselves — the revision is painted onto your own artwork, so you see a before/after and can tell at a glance what changed. Sticking-point summaries are put together by the coaching system, which is a separate thing from your teacher replying in person.
Do unused monthly reviews roll over?
No — it doesn't carry forward. Creator Coaching resets on the 1st of each month, Portfolio Growth resets every Monday, and anything unused in that window is gone. If you submit often, Portfolio Growth's three a week gives you more room, and twice a month your teacher works on the piece itself.
How long does a teacher review take?
Teachers reply in the order requests arrive, with subscribers prioritised — usually within 3 business days. It can take longer during live-stream weeks or holidays; the current status always shows on your result page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription in the member center at any time, with no fees. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are supported?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) via NewebPay. Annual billing charges 10 months at once — two months free compared with paying monthly.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
You can change plans in the member center at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What is the coaching assistant?
The coaching assistant is a learning companion built for creators. It can help you review your work, plan your learning, find creative inspiration, and offer encouragement when things feel slow.

What happens after I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Subscription-based access expires after that, but any courses you purchased individually remain yours and are not affected.
