Start From Zero
From the Procreate interface and brushes to the line-art and coloring workflow, we guide you painlessly step by step—no prior experience needed.
Complete 3 Pieces
Chibi characters, scenes, and Japanese-style portraits—finish at least three complete illustrations in class, so you leave with real work.
Characters and Worlds
Beyond just characters, you'll learn to draw the scenes they live in—giving your work story and a real sense of space.
Small-Class Critiques
Small-group interaction plus weekly individual critiques from the instructor—truly helping you put the ideas in your head onto the page.
"I really want to start drawing, but I'm a total beginner—I don't even know where to make the first stroke."
- ✕You want to draw your own characters but don't know where to begin
- ✕You can draw characters, but backgrounds and scenes leave you stuck with empty pictures
- ✕Self-teaching keeps fizzling out—no one to review your work or tell you what to fix
A beginner's biggest hurdle is never talent—it's the lack of a step-by-step path and someone to guide you along the way.
This class starts with the interface and layers up three themes—chibi characters, scenes, and portraits—with individual critiques from the instructor in a small class, taking you from zero to independently completing a full piece.
